Humana, overview on waiving PCP copays:
- The cost share waivers apply to all Medicare members, both Group and Individual plans, and were effective 5/1/2020 and ran through 12/31/2020.
- The waiver covers PCP visits, which include labs in the office but not Labs sent to Lab Corp or Quest.
- Behavioral Health has three things that are subject to the waiver:
- Psych consults for medications
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- The existing Telehealth Cost Share Waiver has been extended through 12/31/2020
- Safety Kits that include masks and instructions on how to wear them properly will be mailed to all Medical Insured Members (Comm and MA)
- Mailings will start at the end of May and begin with the most vulnerable membership.
